Bit of a misnomer as I stopped running marathons years ago. These days I just run
Hilly . Had a few days off it as was under the weather
Short . Hard work
Went for a drive with Eloise
Saturday . Ok hot but got to top of hill
Ok
Hot again
Body complaining re gym . Managed it all the way up the hill. Not as hot
