 Went to Basildon for grid supplier fest 

Did hilly 5k when I got back

 Hot . Put in a shift at work

Adventures with protein and creatine started again . Did some interesting new KB squats

 Again. Almost up and over in one but distracted by scaffolders at the top.one brief stop as opposed to three
