 Bumped into Jules , and it was hot so  a bit of struggle. Stopped on Bankside 

She told me I looked great . So fit !! Bless her

 Cleaning bloke in . Chatty IT bloke in talking tail off younger guy who just wanted to train . I just kept my headphones in
