Rest day on Friday I had a lovely day with the kids.  Really lovely.
Gym on Saturday and 8.5 more lsr today. ( sunday)

Cycled back a longer way . Tried up hill sit ups in the gym , made a foil of myself so will try when place is quieter . Also random rm was fucking quite mad in the sense that it was hard work, random obviously means random
