So 5 miles, veered of and up Sydenham high Road or what ever its called. Nearly came a cropper twice, once on the little bridge and once on Jews walk, felt like the last three miles were up hill.

Some memories too..
Kiss this thing goodbye, on the seafront at Felpham. Walking into town with Dave turner while s moved out, nick saying that she'd played the song as she collected her things. Don't know what these things to you but here I am 23 years writing this. That time I drove to her place, a sluggish cold sunday. I asked if we could talk, she said about what, I turned on my heels. It occurs all this time later that it was a reasonable question. I remember me and Billy boring and driNking ourselves comatose, on our respective failure.
