Granny's yesterday

Was lovely , girls really enjoyed them selves . Great to see mum. Had lovely conversation with Eloise on the way home in the car. About how she can do anything she wants in life

Hadn't much Tim , so short and quick.wearing too many clothes so did sprints on way home. Intense but uo, except my Ron hills kept falling down

Disappointing week work wise . O m p was not what I d hoped for . Slipped in shower, dean , award or lack off.... Must get grip x

Felt a bit shagged in last mile. Probably should have had a day off. Everyone at work doing my head in

Positive for doing stuff I have to force myself to do.  Bizarrely this does not include the gym 

Some strangers have hijacked my iPad in the bht , nor entirely  happy as I  really want to go home

Tried the old 5k , ran out of steam in the second half. Distracted by needing  a shit
