As predicted patronising customer service woman sent wrong kind of engineer earlier. He was good enough to say so but also has called since to try and sort things out. From the conversation we had water is a wierd and wonderful thing and if you are unlucky enough to have it in the wrong place in any quantity try to get beyond the idiots in cuztomer service
