Five mile run lunchtime

BT have now decided that it was the fairy that blew up my telephone system.  Cunts, but quite predictable and straightforward to argue against. I think they think I might go quietly as this all comes down to liability , BT can't concede as they know their are subsequent ramifications if they do.
