Work ok,. Good session at gym, couple of quiet beers in bht, PlayBook up dated today. Bit of a let down, all I wanted was angy birds

Communications with John mac about whether he should reapply to ace. I guess he will anyway although the result is probably the same.  

Five mile run lunchtime

BT have now decided that it was the fairy that blew up my telephone system.  Cunts, but quite predictable and straightforward to argue against. I think they think I might go quietly as this all comes down to liability , BT can't concede as they know their are subsequent ramifications if they do.

Gym after work yesterday

Gym full if sullen polish blokes, did fast tm instead of hill tm. Hijacked hivis jacket from work for my bike
