Christmas Day

Lunch with Kim, Jon's squeeze, how does he do it? Anyway. Lunch plus five mile run then 10 miles on the bike.

Interesting people ...Kim ( a Tory I think), her impossibly athletic 

/anorexic sister. She's something  huge at the daily star,loaded I suspect . Her musician husband now works in tv , used to play guitar in screwdriver. Kims charming daughter, I was looking to Eloise turning out a little like her.

Running again

Felt ok, had a meeting with sfa disability coord  adam. Nice to talk sport, good to be involved. A little concerned about LM tbh.

Fusion on board with bid.bfantastic stuff. Made some progress on question one today😄 now in pub as Eloise wimped out of training . Little worried about jules and her eyes. S not talking to me for some reason now.

Second day of my holiday. Lots of cleaning , a little sfa stuff. Tomorrow a few hours on sfa application, or at least then is the plan.

Learnt that Billy died in his sleep on Friday. Congenital heart defect apparently , I dimly remember him mentioning it. Maybe I don't . There will be a meeting of the clan, the Bognor clan.sad day. He can't have  been more than 47?

Went to see mum, Andrew , Neil and Yvonne affect les Gilles

They charmed everyone. Eloise found out the non story ( so far) about me and the imperious one. Must be more careful. We had a lovely time, thanks mum. 

Went for quick five hilly miles when I got home, now in pub.
