Neil seems to be coming out as a bisexual, at least judging by his fb page , although he could just be bring controversial. If he starts dieting and working out some thing is definatly up. Gym, quick one as no time. Forgot to stretch , damn. 

Eloise going to caroty wood, so just me and jules for the weekend. Hopefully I'll have some heating by then. Jules has lost homework book, no surprise there. I think she does it just to piss her mother off

Also the Scouse slightly obsessive trainer bloke. Very friendly clearly a bit nuts, for example trains more we than once a day and does it wearing multiple layers, as if he's trying to rid himself of something.  Enquires of my well being  earlier , I told him I was struggling ...for want of anything else to say and more than partly true , he told me the reason was that I didn't have God in my life. That's the second God squad nutter who's tried to inflict there view on me . Envagalising exercise is one thing.

What with having  no hot water at home I showed at ladywell - quite like the arrangement.

Met Irish nurse ultra runner en route. Was struggling a little but she seemed really lovey

Gay not gay had another pop at me in the gym, when I went in for a little water prior to run . Steve gave me some good advice re stretching and the consequences of not doing it . Back on the subject of gay not gay should take Eloise's brilliant advice  ...fuck off  mate

Angry email from TO , no real debate. He can fuck off. I replied he ignored my reply in his reply. 

The stepper machine is definatly helping with training;running and rowing. Showering in a public place for the first time since I was at school was an intersting experience . Taking to the staff it seems a lot of the locals regard it a second bathroom

One of my really stupid colleagues who lives a charmed life with a more than decent salary he inherited it seems is protesting , by opposing planning , against the establishment of a mosque in the green fields of Bromley or Becker or some other band of blue bigotry. I picked him up on this with the most basic of arguments...nothing. He probably votes Tory too.

They found that poor young girl in pieces. I'm not religious but I say a little,payer for her and her family. I hope who ever is responsible pays the price , if there  ever can be one. Times like this we I all of us think about our own children. I can't have been the only person hearing the news sobbing this afternoon.
