Quite intense which is good I think in light of how I've been feeling

Ok, first 2ms fast as poss, tired after. Knee ok . Kids here . Eloise has am iPhone , very happy.

Kids came too, met with rob about funding for small project .

Hilly, felt ok. Saw outside in with kids this afternoon. They were minorly impressed . I liked it. More of a movie for mums and dads, so obviously cried all the way through, almost.

Gym

Made a point of going to see athlete who lucked out at the anniversary games. I have  a feeling that it was a first for both of us. Also had a good chat with chair of Lewisham fc, Ray. About partnership...normal response about the imperious one.

Short, still under weather, raining . Kids here , been shopping ...raining cat and dogs.

World record crazy stepper! Lovely Lauren brightening the place up looking out of breath. I think she pushes it. A power lifter in , petite and grunting. Went to reading to meet with engineer on  s d c o one , with cjd and ce.  Barking

Lovely evening with e and j at ladywell. Jules has a bit of a talent for running.  Track was really interesting . Two members of team gb athletics team. Conrad w and the female hurdler. And my kids training . Really lovely

Hit it rather. Bumped into club captain Kent ac, talked about athletics and partnership. Interesting fellow. Knew all about emperious one

Kids here , great. We went to picnic at BHfeilds , really lovely . ProbBly made a cunt of myself . One of Jules friends is  leaving London to live in Mulhouse. Seemed decent people

Watched Eloise run three really good 70/80 bends at sfac earlier.mreally proud of her. Jules saw one of her buddies doing it so should be able to get her there too

Hit it quite hard. Junior also agrees imperious one is trouble. She has the opposite affect on people that she expects.
