Slightly longer swim

all in the curvy pool. Unsure of length and would say between 20 and 25 ms , probably 25.so a good 500m . Tiring enjoyable. Last full day of holiday . Hotel room toilet develops same fault as mine back home.

Holiday

Another good swim today, so between 400 and 500 meters . Plus core , push ups and actually sent in the sea. Watching the muppets reserving there sun beds, cunts. In a sense many if them exerting the only power they have left, that said they can’t be badly off if they are here on holiday. Either way it’s pretty odious . One lovely moment was a family coming to the pool to take photos to celebrate their 15yos birthday , before all the fuckwits got out bed and spoilt it. I  wanted to offer a group shot , but in some way it looked like such a private moment and in another I wanted to get two final lengths in

Holiday

Another good swim first thing today. Enjoyed it . Good to get in the pool before all the idiots , and there is plenty here. One of two nice people . It’s just started raining

Alternating rower and climber , also Steve trying to encourage some intervals in the rower . Might give that a shot tommorow. Also doing my physio  stuff so sessions stretch out a bit . Quite like that. Trying not to think about runnning and also foot hurting today

Wobbly ball , wall stretch , heel raises on step board , plus front foot walking plus ice
