Met some nice people today friendly passenger on train. Nice new customers , abb sales guy at Kwikfit and Steve and chris at the station while I was on my run

Village hotel is really shit. Decor is vile, staff are rude , food is shit, towels are shit.

Gym on the other hand is very good. Had another go this morning . Getting back to rowing
