Back better, got going in second half once warmed up. Had to stop to sort jacket out. Had a little race up hill.

worked today to catch up on s b p. Made reasonable progress.

It was cold and uninviting so went to the gym instead , and shock of shocks Lewisham fc won a football match!

slightly lighter than usual. Same kettle bell routine but eased back on some of the reps

5ms . Some left leg, joint , back pain . Seemed to cure it by raising legs higher  and cadence . Went faster too!

And new lock on front door, feel a little safer.

Had to ufdt due to cloying prose style that was getting on my tits. But  it kind  of reforced P's point that we were  a smart team in those days , and that a more intelligent breed , by and large, wasn't discovered when we  all moved away
