Tried to over charge me last two times I've been there. Very rude . Don't actually know how to make a kebab. You want meat and chip? Sacked the only guy working there who half knew what he was doing. Shame. Going to have to go a little further down the road.

Being feeling rough so wasn't sure how I'd get around. 1hr for my hilly 7 miles .mfor me quite quick, for me that is. No bid ABL FFS after all that work. Loads of reasons why I think we might be revising that desiscion in the morning. Talk about waiving  the white flag

Lovely , light. Felt better than I expected.

With hang over after just a pear to eat. Went quite  well considering . London marathon today and BF looks good for five hours. Top effort.

Gay not gay in, doing his epileptic crunches. He is a cunt basically. Peter the paster in too. Charming but nuts. Paranoid about this weight and had a crack at rowing I think for the first time. Didn't look comfortable but was pulling it along 

Was I in bht earlier , on one hand got chatting to very boring man with French wife. Worthy avoiding in f. But beccy olliver was there across a xrowded bar, looking amazing  and with her hb.

Hot, hard going. Knee ok. Last mile or so was a bit of a grind

4 mile fartlek. Really enjoyed it especially as I bumped into little Matt and his charming mrs

Both in one day. Bumped into lovely Lauren . Lovely atmosphere. The arena on a warm enough evening is a lovely place.

Seems gay not gay has got everyone else wondering what the fuck he is on. Consensus is he's a bit of a pollock. As Eloise says he should just fuck off. Good advice. Should expand on this really; had a hilarious conversation with steve and Joel about GNG, how the needy rudeness stuff gets tried on  s too and also  the just edging out of the cupboard stuff, the mythical brother who might be as s put is ..bent . Ffs still .
