Kids at athletics , both  of them doing really well. I was in gym with Baz and pale white man. Quite intense session

Hilly ok. Might have been faster than usual , on the other hand might not have been

Gay not gay jay weird as ever, Peter the paster ditto. All the gym equipment serviced, rower harder than ever. Went at it very hard. Tried kebab from new vendor...not bad. But half price so no complaints. 

Jake

Just found out that Jake died. 

Mary told me. Like Mary , throughly decent bignorian , south east Londoner and now lives in Plymouth. Probably 10 years since I've seen her. Jake died through diabetes coma at a music festival , apparently depressed after splitting up with gf . Reading between the  lines he's been dead a month and pop thought not to tell me. Charming 

Still him and Billy in the same year, within a few months 😢

At the doctors Light really apart from some fairly dedicated dangling. It's amazing what you can  jam into an hour.

Hilly ...enjoyable . Nice temperature. Quite quick for me

Ok.. Cooler .  New h of s sales meeting. Quite sensible I thought

Went at it quite hard. Was a bit besotted with young woman training with a trainer in there, momentarily . 

Tempo run/ fartlek/interval

40 min- quite tiring 

Kids here although eloise has gone to the cinema with her friends

Physical decline

Rob the teaching  assistant at bk , tony Rae seems to have some thing neurological going on, according to Yvonne . I learnt the last thing at a shed load gig at the Chandos last night l great sounding room and the band sounded. Great but looked like the hated every minute.

Amazing the difference a drop in the temperature makes. Fast hilly 5 miles. Would have gone around again but fancied a pint .

Short, flat ...and for me fast. Weather was great for running , for a change . Actually on reflection should have pushing it a bit more .
