 From Boxing Day when I started getting  thr shivers . Going to try a LFT tommorow

 Arguing with s over Xmas. She's such venal bitch. Took it easy on my run as was worried I was going to shit myself!

 Pretty much end of work year . One or two things only to catch up on next week. Running wise feel like I’m getting faster . Can also go running whilst tired too

 Slightly further than usual. Wasn’t as beastly cold as it looked . Jules was at mine today as she was feeling under weather. Felt much better after annoying the cat for a few hours
