Bit of a misnomer as I stopped running marathons years ago. These days I just run
Ok , stretches felt quite easy
Ok . All the usual suspects in
Including new hill etc
Ok . Deserted.
Plus annual mri at lewisham plus caught up with the blood tests . Staff at lewisham so lovely
Usual suspect plus new regular
Realised catford hill is not much of a hill
