Gym

Was at the track  earlier . One or two of the usual  suspects lifting weights in the gym . My mate mike doing boxing training for some kids. From what I saw no one as good as Eloise . Mikes her trainer too.  Some other kids dotted around . And Dina Asher Smith  Team GB superstar 100m runner . Standing around chatting . Apparently will be training here in future . Exciting . kris the manager told me a few weeks back a couple of pro footballers ( Liverpool ) were using the track off season when a coach load of school kids arrived for a PE lesson . It was selfie chaos apparently
